CHARLESTON -- Robert King, 80, of Charleston, died Wednesday, Oct. 20, 1993, at Sikeston Health Care.
He was born Nov. 20, 1912, in Tupelo, Miss.
King was a retired farm laborer, and attended St. Matthew Baptist Church.
Survivors include a son, James King of San Antonio, Texas; four brothers, Dalis Green of Cleveland, Ohio, Dennis Green of Gore Springs, Miss., Alonzo Green of Grenada, Miss., Bishop Green of East St. Louis, Ill.; two sisters, Judy Pass and Zimbrue Conley of Gore Springs; four grandchildren, and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at Sparks Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Wiley Reed will officiate, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 6-7 p.m. today.
