THEBES, Ill. -- Robert Gene Hale, 55, of Thebes died Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Nov. 11, 1959, at Fort Benning, Georgia, to Robert Monroe and Kathe Matz Hale. Robert is survived by three daughters, Autumn (Wayne) Duffell, Jerssie and Jessalynn Hale; two sons, Robert (Diana) and Jessie Hale; four grandchildren; and his loving, lifelong companion, Sherry Hale. ...
THEBES, Ill. -- Robert Gene Hale, 55, of Thebes died Friday, Oct. 9, 2015, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Nov. 11, 1959, at Fort Benning, Georgia, to Robert Monroe and Kathe Matz Hale.
Robert is survived by three daughters, Autumn (Wayne) Duffell, Jerssie and Jessalynn Hale; two sons, Robert (Diana) and Jessie Hale; four grandchildren; and his loving, lifelong companion, Sherry Hale. Also surviving are his mother, Kathe Hale; a sister, Hope McHughes; four brothers, David, Thomas, Ronald and Randy Hale; nieces; nephews; other relatives; and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his father and one sister, Tina Sissom.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Tuesday at Crain Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau.
The funeral services will be at noon Tuesday at the funeral home. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery in Thebes, Illinois.
Memorial contributions can be made to the funeral home to assist the family with final expenses.
