CAIRO, Ill. -- Robert Anthony "Bobby" Gregory Jr., 23, of Bloomingdale, Ill., died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, at Glen Oaks Hospital and Medical Center in Glendale Heights, Ill. CAIRO, Ill. -- Robert Anthony "Bobby" Gregory Jr., 23, of Bloomingdale, Ill., died Thursday, Jan. 30, 2003, at Glen Oaks Hospital and Medical Center in Glendale Heights, Ill.

He was born Sept. 14, 1979, in Charleston, Mo., son of Robert Anthony and Barbara Ann Rush Gregory. He was formerly of Cairo.

Survivors include his mother and stepfather, Barbara and Dwight Vaughn of Cairo; his father of Greenville, Ky.; and a stepbrother, Dwight Vaughn Jr. of Springfield, Ill.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents.

Friends may call at Bethel Temple Church of God in Christ at Mounds, Ill., after noon Saturday.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the church, with Elder Carl J. Whitaker officiating.

Algee's Funeral Home in Carbondale, Ill., is in charge of arrangements.
