GLENALLEN, Mo. -- Robert W. "Bob" Gray, 75, of Glenallen passed away Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Madison Memorial Medical Center.
He was born June 24, 1939, in Malden, Missouri, son of George J. and Lena M. Pridy Gray. He and Nelda Sue Leadbetter were married Oct. 23, 1960, at Millers Chapel near Glenallen.
Robert was a member of Marble Hill First Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. He also had served many years on the Woodland School Board.
He was owner/operator of Gray's Country Store many years and in later years was a school bus driver for Woodland School District.
Survivors include his wife, Nelda Sue; a son, Jim R. (Michelle) Gray of Grassy, Missouri; a daughter, Kim A. (Dale) Blackwell of Glenallen; two sisters, Helen Myers and Beth (Wayne) Leadbetter of Glenallen; and four grandchildren, Jeremy Gray, David Gray, Baylor Blackwell, and Lucy Blackwell.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, George Gray Jr.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill, Missouri.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Jamie Hovis, Fred Ritter and Andrew Green officiating. Burial will be in Grassy Friendship Cemetery.
