Dad, Dad, dear old Dad, you have moved on from this world to the next.
Robert Joseph "Bob" Feiner, 84, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014, after a brief illness at the Missouri Veterans Home in Mexico, Mo.
He was surrounded by his children and grandchildren before passing into the loving hands of our heavenly father.
Bob is survived by his children, Robin Feiner, Melissa Tague (David) and Deirk Feiner (Maria); and his grandsons, Jonathan and James Feiner, Cyrus and Alden Tague.
He was the son of the late Emmett and Edna Rollston Feiner and brother of the late Richard Emmett Feiner.
Bob was a Marine veteran of the Korean War and a proud member of the St. Louis Marine Corps League. He was a staff sergeant in the Marines and attended Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, where he met and married Mary E. Walker Feiner.
He will be missed by the nursing staff of the Missouri Veterans Home in Mexico. Though his stay there was brief, he left a lasting impression on the staff. The family thanks the staff for all their assistance while Dad was there.

Visitation will be at 4 p.m. Monday at the Ortmann Stipanovich Funeral Home, 12444 Olive Blvd. in Creve Coeur, Mo., until time of service at 7 p.m.
