Robert E. Rasche, a Cape Girardeau native who was a resident of Palm Harbor, Fla., died of a heart attack Friday, July 24, 1998, while on vacation in Newfoundland. He was 66. He was born Nov. 2, 1931. He is survived by his wife, the former Ruth Kasten of Cape Girardeau; two children, David Rasche of Mishawaka, Ind., and Deborah Tripp of Key West, Fla.; his mother, Gladys Rasche Taylor of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Mrs. Harold Kuehle of Cape Girardeau; four grandchildren; and a step-grandchild...
