CAIRO, Ill. -- Robert L. Crosier, 95, of Cairo died Tuesday, Nov. 4, 1997, at Day Star Care Center.
He was born Aug. 30, 1902, in Unionville, son of Robert M. and Fannie Reynolds Crosier. He and Mazie Claudia Bauer were married April 27, 1932. She died May 1, 1994.
Formerly of Charleston, Mo., he had lived in Cairo since 1963.
Crosier was a retired farmer and had been caretaker of Magnolia Manor, retiring in 1978. He was a member of Tigert Memorial Methodist Church.
Survivors include a son, Carl Crosier of East Prairie, Mo.; two granddaughters; and a great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by three brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home in Charleston from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Kelly Cox officiating. Burial will be in IOOF Cemetery near Charleston.
