SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- Robert G. Carque, 67, of Sedgewickville died Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. He was born Sept. 11, 1937, in St. Louis, son of George and Mary Ann Oster Carque. He and Ruth L. Rutherford were married Jan. 4, 1962, in St. Louis...

SEDGEWICKVILLE, Mo. -- Robert G. Carque, 67, of Sedgewickville died Wednesday, April 27, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Sept. 11, 1937, in St. Louis, son of George and Mary Ann Oster Carque. He and Ruth L. Rutherford were married Jan. 4, 1962, in St. Louis.

Carque was a retired carpenter with Osher Sales Co. in Ironton, Mo.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Joseph Carque of Sedgewickville; three daughters, Lisa Friese of Sedgewickville, Michelle Stricklan and Jennifer Frey of Fredericktown, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother and two sisters.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton, Mo., from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. today.

A graveside service will follow at Sargent's Chapel Cemetery.
