RITA REYNOLDS

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Rita Reynolds, 86, of Advance, Mo., was born Dec. 22, 1914, in Stoddard County, Mo., the daughter of the late William Sherman and Elsa Sims Tippett, and passed away May 27, 2001, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.

Rita was a retired factory worker and homemaker. She was a member of the Advance United Methodist Church.

Rita was united in marriage to Joseph B. Reynolds on March 20, 1938, and he survives.

Other survivors include: three brothers; Leon Tippett of Twin Falls, Iowa, William E. Tippett of Keller, Texas, and Wright Tippett of Advance; and one sister, Jo Lampher of Virginia Beach, Va.

Three brothers and one sister preceded her in death.

Visitation will be held from 10-11 a.m. Tuesday at Morgan Funeral Chapel in Advance, Mo. The funeral will begin at 11 a.m., the Rev. Tom Zych officiating. Internment will follow at Morgan Memorial Park.
