Richard E. Mehrle, 55, of St. Charles, Mo., died Thursday, July 19, 2007, in St. Louis.
He was born Nov. 14, 1951, in Cape Girardeau, son of Robert and Geraldine Mehrle. He married Cindy Meyer.
Mehrle was a supervisor at Florissant Sod and a member of Loyal Order of the Squirrels.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Amanda (Kris) Bates of Kirkwood, Mo.; a son, Jeremy (Katrina) Mehrle of O'Fallon, Mo.; his mother of Jonesburg, Mo.; two sisters, Martha (David) Long of Indiana, Mary Mehrle of Jonesburg; three brothers, Jerry (Kathy) Mehrle of Wentzville, Mo., Kenny (Christy) Mehrle of Jonesburg, Larry (Sherry) Mehrle of Winfield, Mo.; and a sister-in-law, Pam Mehrle of McClure, Ill.
He was preceded in death by his father.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial will be private.
