STURDIVANT, Mo. -- Richard Lee McCall Sr., 68, of Sturdivant passed away Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, at Zalma, Missouri. He was born March 15, 1951, at Marble Hill, Missouri, the son of Edward and Juanita Eaker McCall. Rick had been a construction worker. He retired from S&W Cabinets in Chaffee, Missouri. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Greenbrier Assembly of God Church. He was known for being a kind-hearted person, always willing to help anyone...

STURDIVANT, Mo. -- Richard Lee McCall Sr., 68, of Sturdivant passed away Sunday, Aug. 4, 2019, at Zalma, Missouri.

He was born March 15, 1951, at Marble Hill, Missouri, the son of Edward and Juanita Eaker McCall.

Rick had been a construction worker. He retired from S&W Cabinets in Chaffee, Missouri. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. He was a member of Greenbrier Assembly of God Church. He was known for being a kind-hearted person, always willing to help anyone.

Survivors include three sons, Richard (Karen) McCall Jr. of Jackson,, Brad (Kara) Younger of Advance, Missouri, and Todd Younger of Sturdivant; five brothers, Larry Jefferies and Edward McCall, both of South Carolina, Daniel McCall of Zalma, Norman McCall of Pennsylvania and John McCall of Oak Ridge; a sister, Shirley Foster of Flint, Michigan; and three grandchildren.

Rick was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, Steve McCall; and a sister, Trixie Peterson.

No services will be held.

Morgan Funeral Home in Advance is in charge of arrangements.
