SIKESTON -- The Rev. J. Marshall Page, 83, of Sikeston, died Wednesday, July 26, 1995, in the emergency room at Missouri Delta Medical Center.

He was born May 24, 1912, in Crowder, son of Willis Jefferson and Emma Watson Page. He and Geneva Taylor were married July 20, 1935, at Benton.

Page farmed and had pastored Church of God churches in Vanduser, Lutesville and Lilbourn, and had served with interim pastors at Dexter. He was a member of Tanner Street Church of God, and served with the Missouri National Guard.

Survivors include two sons, Hershel Page of Manchester, Michael Page of Hillsboro; a sister, Effie Norman of Sikeston; five grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Revs. Geneva Keith, Dianne Cook and Roy Ferguson officiating. Burial will be in Forrest Hills Memorial Gardens at Morley.
