EAST CAPE GIRARDEAU, Ill. -- The Rev. C.H. Glenn, 81, of East Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003, at his home.
He was born Feb. 20, 1922, in Grand Chain, Ill., son of William and Lela Lence Glenn. He married Norma Wallace.
Glenn served as pastor of Word of Faith Center in Mound City, Ill.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Mike Betts of Metropolis, Ill.; four daughters, Marilyn Ashworth of East Cape Girar-deau, Debbie Copeland of DeSoto, Mo., Becky Betts of Iowa City, Iowa, Lisa Hayes of Nashville, Tenn.; a brother, William Glenn of Villa Ridge, Ill.; 15 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at Word of Faith Center Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until time of service.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church, with the Rev. Robert Betts officiating. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery at Cypress, Ill.
Barkett Funeral Home in Mound City is in charge of arrangements.
