JACKSON -- Retta Mae Seibert, 91, of Jackson, died Tuesday, Dec. 12, 1995, at Deal Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 26, 1904, in Lixville, daughter of George Washington and Rebecca Ann Barks Loberg. She and David Seibert were married Sept. 13, 1925, at Oak Ridge. He died June 26, 1972.
Seibert was a graduate of Jackson High School. She taught at the former Lukefahr School in Perry County, and then worked at Rozier's Clothing Store in Jackson.
She was a member of First Presbyterian Church and its Esther Circle, life member of Presbyterian Women, and charter member of a garden club in Jackson.
Survivors include a granddaughter, Patricia Seibert of Batesville, Ark.
She was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and two sisters.
Friends may call at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Grant Gillard officiating. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
