SIKESTON, Mo. -- Reda V. Suchman, 91, died Jan. 11, 2004, at Sikeston Health Care in Sikeston.
She was born Aug. 20, 1912, in Sikeston, daughter of Squire Spence and Dora Ellen Rudloff Vaughn.
She was a member of Tanner Street Church of God. She worked in the food service division of Sikeston Public Schools before retiring.
On Jan. 21, 1931, she married Bill Suchman. He preceded her in death Jan. 18, 1994.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Bill and Linda Suchman of Clarksville, Tenn., Bob and Marianne Suchman of Jackson; a brother, Earl Vaughn of Phoenix, Ariz.; a half brother, Dwight Vaughn of Sikeston; two half sisters, Mary Ruth Ferrero of Prairie Village, Kan., Nedra Foster of Tulsa, Okla.; five grandchildren, Jeff Suchman of Jackson, Aime Scarbrough of Senoia Ga., Brian Suchman of Cape Girardeau, Beth Muckerman of Manchester, Mo., Rob Suchman of Nashville, Tenn.; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends may call Wednesday, Jan. 14, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston. The Rev. Carl Addison, pastor of Tanner Street Church of God will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery in Sikeston.
