Reba Jean Thompson, 86, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, March 11, 2010, at Monticello House in Jackson, where she resided the past 20 months.
She was born July 15, 1923, in Paragould, Ark., to W.C. and Emma Felty Albright.
She was a graduate of Paragould High School and primarily resided the rest of her life in Cape Girardeau. She was most recently employed more than 25 years as an inspector with Missouri State Board of Cosmetology.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Clifford and Cathy Thompson of Jackson; and a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a son, Lawrence A. Thompson III.
At her request, there is no visitation or service. Private entombment will be at Memorial Park Mausoleum.
