LEOPOLD -- Raymond George Elfrink, 65, died Saturday, July 1, 1995 at Puxico.

He was born in Laflin May 9, 1930, the son of Fred W. and Louise A. Anger Elfrink.

He married Dorothy Landewee Oct. 19, 1952.

Elfrink worked 20 years at the Jackson Lumber Co., retiring from the Kasten Lumber Co.

He was a member of the St. John's Catholic Church and VFW Post 5900.

Survivors include his wife; five sons, Alan and Brian of Marble Hill, Harlan of Thompson, Nelson of Monroe City and Lelan of Fenton; five daughters, Rosalie Burnett and Lillie Hahn of Jackson, Becky Eftink of Oran, Beverly Broshuis of Advance and Avis Bollinger of Farmington; four sisters, Agnes Trankle of Leopold and Loretta, Rosalin and Therese Elfrink, all of St. Louis.

He was preceded in death by a sister.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Parish prayers will be at 7:30 p.m, with a rosary service at 8 p.m.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at St. John's Church in Leopold, with the Revs. Edward Nichols and Michael Lee officiating. Burial will be at the St. John's Cemetery.
