PERRYVILLE -- Ray Irving Baldwin, 81, of Perryville, died Sunday, Dec. 17, 1995, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.
He was born Sept. 8, 1914, in Barren Plain, Tenn., son of John Irving and Edna Rosser Baldwin. He and Alma Jean Rushing were married Aug. 18, 1967, in Florissant.
Baldwin retired as supervisor with Bi-State Transit.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Barbara Licavoli of St. Louis; a sister, Margaret Baldwin of Tennessee; a brother, Robert Baldwin of Springfield, Tenn.; three grandchildren, and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by a son and two sisters.
Graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Valhalla Cemetery in St. Louis.
Miller Family Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
