Randy Sides, 62, of Cape Girardeau passed away Friday, Nov. 2, 2018, at Southeast Hospital.
He was born June 17, 1956, in Cape Girardeau, the son of Wilbert and Gloria Benson Sides. He and Nancy Abbott were married April 29, 2000.
Randy was a handyman, a "jack-of-all-trades."
He loved his family, friends and riding his Harley.
He loved so many people, and always wanted to do whatever he could to help them. In lieu of flowers, please do an act of kindness or spend time with loved ones making memories. Randy always wanted to be comfortable, and his wish was, when the time came, he wanted everyone to be in jeans. So please dress comfortably as we say our goodbyes to honor his wishes.
Loving survivors include his wife, Nancy; his father, Wilbert; a stepson, Tyler (Heather) Beckett; a grandson, Stetson Beckett; brothers, Gary Sides and lifelong partner William Brake, Darrell (Jane) Sides, Donnie Sides and Echo Holloway; as well as many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his mother; brothers Billy Gene and Terry Sides; half brother Kenneth Moore; and mother- and father-in-law Glenda and Jerry Abbott.
