Randolph L. "Bud" Pombert Jr., 55, of Jackson passed away Wednesday, June 30, 2021, in Burfordville.
He was born Oct. 11, 1965 in Kankakee, Illinois, son of Randolph and Patricia Long Pombert Sr.
Randolph worked as a carpenter. He enjoyed volunteering for Whitewater Fire Department and helping people.
He is survived by his daughters, Layne and Morgan Pombert, both of Jackson; grandchildren, Abby, Ava and Analia; stepfather, Russ (Doris) Breymeyer of Benton, Missouri; brother, Rusty (Lynn) Tobey of Herscher, Illinois; sister, Nicole (Joe) Smolkovich of Herscher; stepsisters, Rhonda (David) Ratlidge of Kelso, Missouri, and Shana (Jamey) Kight of Marble Hill, Missouri; and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Preceding him in death were his parents; infant brother, Dirk; maternal grandparents, Vester and Cleo Long; paternal grandparents, Bob and Eloise Pombert; and stepgrandparents, Lester and Esther Breymeyer.
Cremation rites have been accorded.
A memorial service will be at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill.
Memorials may be made to the Whitewater Fire Department or to the family wishes.
