EAST PRAIRIE -- Randell Garrett, 77, of East Prairie, died Sunday, Oct. 13, 1991, in Missouri Delta Medical Center at Sikeston.
Garrett was born May 25, 1914, in Huntingdon, Tenn., son of Roy and Birdie Mae Barker Garrett.
He had lived in Mississippi County 60 years. He was a retired farmer.
He married Viola Bennett on May 28, 1939, at East Prairie. She survives.
Other survivors include a son, Travis Garrett of Sikeston; two daughters, Sandra Garrett Venezia and Patti Garrett Russell, both of East Prairie; a sister Kathleen Flanagan, East Prairie; seven grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
Service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Shelby Funeral Home Chapel in East Prairie, with the Rev. Martin Lucas, associate pastor of First Christian Church in East Prairie, officiating. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery near East Prairie.
Friends may at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
