BERNIE, Mo. -- Ralph Waldo Emerson Fralick, 104, of Bernie died Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2000, at Dexter Memorial Hospital in Dexter, Mo.
He was born July 6, 1896, in Marion, Ky., son of William Washington and Martha Ellen Parish Fralick. He and Ella Gray Thomas were married Aug. 21, 1917, in Marion.
Fralick had been a maintenance worker for Board of Education in Flint, Mich., a farmer and truck driver. He was a member of Bernie First Baptist Church.
Survivors include two sons, James Fralick of Zapata, Texas, Thomas Fralick of Bernie; four daughters, Ruby Stanfield and Lois Hicks of Bernie, Flora Blocker of Dexter, Ruth Medlin of Flint; 13 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by two daughters, a son, a brother, two sisters, and a grandson.
Friends may call at Rainey Funeral Home in Bernie from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. John Knapp officiating. Burial will be in Bernie Cemetery.
