RALPH CANTRELL

SIKESTON -- Ralph B. Cantrell, 67, of Sikeston died Tuesday, Jan. 20, 1998, at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis, Tenn.

He was born July 25, 1930, in Greenfield, Tenn., son of Ezra Clifton and Irene Robins Cantrell. He and Jane Gardner were married Oct. 25, 1952, at Sikeston.

Cantrell had been a truck driver with Frisco Transportation Co. of Springfield for 16 years.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Tim Cantrell of Memphis; a daughter, Lesa Morrow of Bertrand; a brother, L.J. Cantrell of Orleans, Mich.; three sisters, Christine Scott of Crowder, Ruby Jones of Memphis, Virginia Dial of Danville, Ind.; and two grandsons.

He was preceded in death by his parents and four brothers.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Tim Wetzel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
