CHARLESTON -- Ralph A. "Bud" Fitch, 87, Charleston Route 1, died Thursday, June 8, 1995, at Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Crystal City.
He was born March 16, 1908, in Mississippi County, son of James Clyde and Ada Barnhill Fitch.
Fitch retired from farming in 1971. He was a member of Gravel Ridge Baptist Church. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include three sisters, Gertrude Porchey of Oakville, Ruth Davis of Louisville, Ky., and Geneva Updegraff of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Friends may call at McMikle Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gerald Collier officiating. Burial will be in Anniston Cemetery.
