RACHEL HENSLEY

FARMINGTON -- Rachel Renee Hensley, 16, of Farmington died Monday, Nov. 24, 1997, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, from injuries received in an automobile accident.

She was born Dec. 3, 1980, at Butler, daughter of Ricky Carl and Vicky Lee Ellis Hensley.

Hensley was a junior at Farmington High School. She was a member of Farmington Word of Life Church and its youth group.

Survivors include her parents of Farmington; a sister, Nicki Hensley of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Mike Hensley of Park Hills, and Gabe Hensley of Farmington.

She was preceded in death by a sister, grandparents and great-grandparents.

Friends may call at Taylor Funeral Home in Farmington after 4 p.m. Friday.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Leon Miller officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park in Cape Girardeau.
