EAST PRAIRIE -- Phillip Joe Patrick, 32, of East Prairie, died Saturday, July 2, 1994 at 2:30 a.m. near Anniston of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
He was born July 5, 1961 in Cairo, Ill., the son of Dorothy Staggs Patrick, who survives of East Prairie, and the late Robert Patrick.
He was a member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagle Aerie 4193 in East Prairie and was of the Baptist faith.
On June 20, 1979, he married Kathy Smith, who survives of East Prairie.
He is also survived by three sons, Kevin, Joseph and Bradley Patrick, all of East Prairie; five brothers, Raymond, Larry and Jessee Patrick, all of Charleston, and Robert C. and Richard Patrick, both of East Prairie; nine sisters, Linda Hedges and Ellen Patrick, both of East Prairie, Polly Harris, Colt, Ark., Phyllis Smith, Wynn, Ark., Judy Keyes, Leesville, La., Sheila Cobb, Bernie, Regina Dowdy and Joyce Cobb, Dexter, and Kathy Bell, Fruitland.
Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie.
Funeral service will be held Monday at 1 p.m. at the Shelby Chapel with brother Mike Johnson, pastor of the Full Gospel Church of East Prairie, officiating. Burial will follow in the East Prairie Memorial Park Cemetery.
