Glenn Albert "Pete" Sturm, 65, of Scott City died Tuesday, Sept. 9, 2014, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Dec. 24, 1948, in Risco, Missouri, to Morris "Junior" and Laura Glen Biggs Sturm.
Pete was a truck driver.
Survivors include a son, Travis Sturm of Scott City; three daughters, Becky (Sapo) Tiquila, Heidi (Justin) Riegert and Lorie (Jody Burton) Pace, all of Scott City; two brothers, Donald Sturm of Gordonville and William Sturm of Jackson; two sisters, Janet Keesee and Mary Jo Rogers of Scott City; a sister-in-law, Rita Sturm of Scott City; eight grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Glenn "Lil Pete" Sturm Jr.; two brothers, Richard and Keith Sturm; and a granddaughter, Melanie Stickel.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at the chapel, with the Rev. Randy Morse officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
