Pete Kirkpatrick

MARBLE HILL, Mo. -- Pete Kirkpatrick, 58, of Marble Hill died Wednesday, April 23, 2003, at his home following an illness.

He was born Feb. 27, 1945, in Bollinger County, son of Orville J. and Carrie Long Kirkpatrick. He and Jo Ann Welker were married Sept. 3, 1966.

Kirkpatrick was a timber worker.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Teddy "Bear" Kirkpatrick of Glenallen, Mo., Toby Kirkpatrick of Marble Hill; a daughter, Beverly "Sis" Cook of Marble Hill; his mother of Marble Hill; three sisters, Carmel Kirkpatrick of Jackson, Shirley Jones of Patton, Mo., Gearlee Fulton of Marble Hill; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his father and two sisters.

Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 3 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Ray Mills officiating. Burial will be in Pulliam Cemetery near Scopus, Mo.
