MARBLE HILL, Mo. � Peggy A. Bollinger, 71, of Marble Hill passed away Friday, March 2, 2018, at Southeast Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born June 30, 1946, daughter of the late Henry David Whitener Sr. and Dorothy Ellen Osborn. Peggy and Larry were united in marriage May 14, 1966.
She is survived by her husband, Larry Bollinger of Marble Hill; daughter, Kim (late Tom) Sawyer of Marble Hill; one brother, Henry (Linda) Whitener Jr. of Glenallen, Missouri; one sister, Gene (Don) Devore of Jackson; and two granddaughters, Cassidy Sawyer and Shelby Sawyer.
Peggy was known to be a best friend to everyone she come into contact with, but most of all she was a loving wife, mother, sister and grandmother.
Preceding her in death was her parents; one sister, Patricia Jones, and one son-in-law, Tom Sawyer.
Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. today at Liley Funeral Homes in Marble Hill.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at the funeral home, with the Rev. Greg Burns and the Rev. Elijah Allen officiating. Interment will take place in Hahn Chapel Cemetery near Marble Hill.
