SIKESTON -- Pearl Elizabeth Summerville, 76, of Cahokia, Ill., died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill. She was born May 13, 1923, at Vanduser, daughter of William Edward and Bertha Mae Jones McCormick. Survivors include two sons, Richard Roberts of Sikeston, Charles Roberts of Wappapello; a daughter, Shirley Payne of Cahokia; a brother, Jim Cantrell of Bertrand; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren...

SIKESTON -- Pearl Elizabeth Summerville, 76, of Cahokia, Ill., died Sunday, Sept. 19, 1999, at Memorial Hospital in Belleville, Ill.

She was born May 13, 1923, at Vanduser, daughter of William Edward and Bertha Mae Jones McCormick.

She was preceded in death by a son.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. today.

Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Caston Counts officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
