Pearl Stacy
Pearl Irene Stacy, 75, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, July 2, 2003, at St. Francis Medical Center.
She was born March 14, 1928, at Grand Tower, Ill., daughter of Thomas B. and Grace P. Virge Hager. She and Clifford Raymond Stacy were married Jan. 30, 1976.
Stacy was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband; four daughters, Shirley Umbeck of Oak Ridge, Brenda Sandlin of Goodlettsville, Tenn., Ruth Burke of Whitewater, Debbie McCullough of Cape Girardeau; a son, Wayland Stacy of Marble Hill, Mo.; a sister, Norene Rhodes of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Oscar Hager of Cape Girardeau; 23 grandchildren; and 22 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, two grandsons, a great-grandson and a sister.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Joe McCullough officiating. Burial will be in Cape County Memorial Park.
