JONESBORO, Ill. -- Pearl Kinder Barnhart, 63, of Jonesboro, Ill. died Monday, Nov. 29, 1993 at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Dec. 13, 1929 in McClure, Ill., the daughter of Martin and Mellie Sitter Watkins.
She married Thomas Kinder in 1945. He preceded her in death in 1989.
She later married Leroy "Barney" Barnhart in 1990 in Wickliffe, Ky. He survives.
She is also survived by three sons, Dale and Gary Kinder, both of Jonesboro, Randy Kinder, Florence, Ky.; three daughters, Shirley Spurlock, Oswego, Ill., Margaret Coryell, Anna, Joan Phillips, LaPorte, Texas; four sisters, Sadie Baggott, Murpheysboro, Dorcus Landis, Anna, Jewel Hale and Vera Cassidy, both of Pekin, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
One sister and one brother preceded her in death.
Funeral service will be held today at 1 p.m. at Norris and Son Funeral Home in Jonesboro with the Rev. Bill Joyce officiating.
Burial will follow in Casper Cemetery.
Friends may call today from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the funeral home.
