MILLERSVILLE -- P.C. Wills, 81, of Millersville died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 1996, at his home. He was born June 4, 1915, at Daisy, son of Ova and Shaba Walker Wills. He and Wilma Montgomery were married July 4, 1946. She died Jan. 9, 1996. Survivors include three sons, Dean and Billy Wills of Jackson, James Wills of Millersville; a daughter, Phyllis Scott of Fruitland; a brother, Earl Wills of Millersville; a sister, Doris Proctor of Millersville; a stepsister, Viola Drum of Millersville; six grandchildren, and two great-stepgrandchildren.. ...

He was preceded in death by a sister and a stepbrother.

Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Daniel Hale and Fred Rister officiating. Burial will be in Leslie Cemetery.
