Pauline Kraft

Pauline D. Kraft, 85, of Cape Girardeau passed away Thursday, Dec. 9, 2010, at Southeast Hospital.

She was born June 7, 1925, in Charleston, Mo., to Lawrence and Effie Knight Pobst. She and Fred Kraft were married Feb. 6, 1953, in Jackson.

Pauline worked at Florsheim Shoe Co. more than 30 years, retiring in 1987. She was a member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Kraft of Cape Girardeau; numerous nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and six sisters.

Friends may call from 2 p.m. to service time Monday at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Chapel.

The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Monday at the chapel, with Karen Dumey officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery in Cape Girardeau.
