PAULINE E. REEVES

SCOTT CITY -- Funeral service for Pauline Elizabeth Reeves of Potosi was held May 21 at Gum and Son Funeral Chapel in Potosi. The Revs. Bill Smathers and Ted Moore officiated, with burial in Big River Cemetery at Irondale.

Reeves, 85, died Sunday, May 19, 1991, in Washington County Memorial Hospital.

She was born March 14, 1906, in Illmo, daughter of Henry and Mary Roth Peetz Sr. She married the Rev. Oggie E. Reeves in April 1928, in St. Louis.

Reeves was employed by St. Louis Casket Co. many years, and was a member of Potosi Southern Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Sanford and Larry Porter of San Leandro, Calif.; three sisters, Manda Dunger and Marie Kinder of Scott City, Neta Raines of Chaffee, and a grandson.

She was preceded in death by three brothers and a sister.
