DEXTER -- Pauline Decker, 93, died Friday, Jan. 3, 1997, at Dexter Memorial Hospital.
She was born Oct. 26, 1903, at Bloomfield, daughter of William and Evalina Mott Sorrell. She married Homer C. Decker, who died April 7, 1967.
Decker had been a school teacher and gave music lessons. She was a member of the Methodist Church at Morehouse.

Survivors include a son, Douglas Decker of Dexter; a daughter, Elaine Rennier of St. Charles; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son.
Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home in Sikeston from 4-6:30 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery at Sikeston.
