MATTHEWS -- Graveside service for Pauline Bewley of Matthews will be held at 2 p.m. today at Garden of Memories Cemetery in Sikeston. The Rev. Don Heitmen will officiate.

Friends may call at Nunnelee Funeral Chapel in Sikeston after noon today.

Bewley, 71, died Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2000, at Missouri Delta Medical Center in Sikeston.

She was born July 12, 1928, in McCrory, Ark., daughter of Prentice and Ethel Humphreys Sharp. She and Ray Bewley were married Aug. 1, 1947, in Blytheville, Ark. He died June 18, 1983.

Survivors include two sons, Victor Bewley of Aurora, Colo., Scotty Bewley of Matthews; two daughters, Sherry Anderson of Bowling Green, Ky., Carolyn Holland of New Madrid; two brothers, Victor Sharp of Cahokia, Ill., Larry Sharp of St. Charles; two sisters, Violet Scroggins of Cahokia, Betty Wheeler of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by four brothers.
