Paulette Hastings, 59, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
She was born Nov. 26, 1947, in Paris, Tenn., daughter of Clarence and Birdie Hutchins Lee. She and Richard M. Hastings were married Nov. 1, 1975, in Steele, Mo. He died in 1991.
Hastings was of the Baptist belief.
Survivors include two daughters, Paula (Matt) Spitzmiller of Cape Girardeau, Ruby (Chris) Greable of Jackson; three sons, Ray (Jessica) Cowan, Ricky Hastings and Bobby Hastings, all of Cape Girardeau; a brother, J.D. Mathis of Mississippi; two sisters, Becky Whitehead of Steele, Lucille Hall of Kentucky; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers.
Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Sprigg Street Funeral Home.
The service will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with the Rev. David Pringle officiating. Burial will be in Lorimier Cemetery.
