Paul V. Deck, 77, of Cape Girardeau, died Friday, Oct. 14, 1994, at St. Francis Medical Center.
He was born Aug. 21, 1917, at Bell City, son of August Nelson and Edith Heisserer Deck. He and Normagene Mercer were married May 26, 1942, in Cape Girardeau.
Deck was a retired salesman with Ford Groves Motor Co. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Terry Deck of Vicksburg, Miss., Stephen Deck of Beaumont, Texas; two daughters, Karen Clingingsmith of Terre Haute, Ind., Judy Wilson of Arkadelphia, Ark., and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home in Advance from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, with Hal Greene officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park Cemetery at Advance.
