PAUL SCHMIDT

ALTENBURG -- Funeral service for Paul Schmidt of Altenburg will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Lutheran Church here. The Rev. Willard Kassulke will officiate, with burial in the church cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons East Perry Chapel here after 5:30 p.m. today.

Schmidt, 34 years old, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 1990, at his home.

He was born Aug. 6, 1956, in Perry County, son of Walter and Thelma Muench Schmidt. He married the former Lorri Byram.

Schmidt was employed at Bailey Wood Products.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Joshua and Jacob Schmidt; his mother of Altenburg; four brothers, James Schmidt of Altenburg, Charles Schmidt of Cape Girardeau, Mark Schmidt of State of Virginia, Roy Schmidt of Perryville, and a sister, Wanda Carlson of Jackson.
