PATTON, Mo. -- Paul Presnell, 72, of Patton died Monday, Sept. 13, 2004, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Sept. 6, 1932, at Patton, son of Robert Edward and Callie Yount Presnell. He and Mildred I. Robinson were married Oct. 8, 1955.
Presnell was a railroad trackman and a licensed minister in the Missionary Baptist Church. He was a member of Mount Carmel Missionary Baptist Church.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Paulette Miinch and Linda Michael of Patton; two sisters, Maimie Moyers of Patton, Geraldean Green of St. Louis; two grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
He was preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call at Liley Funeral Home in Patton from 4 to 8 p.m. today.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Kirby Grindstaff and Mark Lincoln officiating. Burial will be in Patton Cemetery, with full military honors by Missouri Military Honor Guard.
