HERRIN, Ill. -- Paul A. Holderfield, 64, of Herrin died Monday, Sept. 25, 2000, at Harrisburg Medical Center in Harrisburg, Ill.
He was born April 13, 1936, at Cobden, Ill., son of Raymond and Alberta Pearman Holderfield. He and Dorothy L. Young were married April 22, 1966, in Anna, Ill.
Holderfield was a carpenter.
Survivors include his wife; a son, Jeffrey Holderfield of Herrin; three daughters, Paula Hickam of Carbondale, Ill., Carolyn Nunn of Vienna, Ill., Angela Lewis of Herrin; four sisters, Mary Brimm of Cobden, Della Petty of Jonesboro, Ill., Earlene Highfield of DeRidder, La., Brenda Russell of Pana, Ill.; 12 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, and three brothers.
Friends may call at Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden after 6 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Limestone Cemetery north of Cobden.
