Paul Hendrickson, 78, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 8, 1997, at Southeast Missouri Hospital.
He was born Sept. 23, 1918, in Arkansas. He and Velma Murray were married in 1941 in Piggott, Ark. She died May 1, 1992.
Hendrickson was a machinist. He was a former VFW post commander, and member of National Rifle Association. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II.
Survivors include a son, Jerry Hendrickson of Williamsville; a daughter, Margie Thompson of Louisville, Miss.; and a sister, Pansy Hale of Poplar Bluff.
Friends may call at Cotrell Funeral Home in Poplar Bluff after 7 p.m. today.
Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Kinsey Cemetery near Poplar Bluff.
