OLMSTED, Ill. -- Paul Cecil Forker, 82, of Lincoln Park, Mich., formerly of Olmsted, died Thursday, Aug. 19, 2004, at Henry Ford Medical Center in Wyandotte, Mich.
He was born June 30, 1922, in America, Ill., son of Charles and Lizette Dagner Forker. He married Ann Decker, who died Feb. 24, 2004.
Forker retired as a machinist with Union Carbide in Kevil, Ky.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
Survivors include several aunts.
He was preceded in death by a brother.
Friends may call at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill., from 11 a.m. Monday to service time.
Graveside service will be at noon Monday at National Cemetery in Mound City, Ill. The Rev. Arnold Koffman will officiate. Full military honors will be presented by Pulaski County VFW Post 8891 of Mounds, Ill.
