Funeral for Paul "Judge" Bollinger of Naples, Fla., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert Chaney will officiate. Entombment will be in Cape County Memorial Park Mausoleum.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. Friday.

Bollinger, 89, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2001, at his home.

He was born Dec. 30, 1911, in Advance, Mo., son of Judge D.C. and Ada Helderman Bollinger. He and Virginia Ford were married Nov. 2, 1935, at Charleston, Mo.

Bollinger worked at McDonnell Douglas seven years, and worked in the family's general store in St. Louis from 1956-73. He moved to Jackson, Mo., in 1973 and then to Naples in July 2001.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Paul Bollinger of Naples; and two stepgrandchildren.

He was preceded in death by seven brothers and five sisters.
