KENNETT, Mo. — Patty Joan Webb, daughter of the late George and Betty Ann Saffer Borchers, was born Jan. 27, 1959, in Houston and departed this life Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023, at the age of 63 years.
Patty was a resident of Kennett, graduating from Kennett High School in 1977. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University and Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration. Patty began her nursing career at Dunklin County (Missouri) Memorial Hospital. She then worked for 26 years at National Health Care, where she started as director of nursing and then administrator.
She was baptized and confirmed in the Catholic Church.
Patty loved her family, gardening, auctions and coffee while viewing the beach.
Survivors include a brother, Bill Borchers of Casa Grande, Arizona; three sisters, Ruth Jackson of Kennett, Barbara Borchers of Houston and Katy Andersson of Cape Girardeau; nieces, Ava (Drew) Andersson of Charleston, South Carolina, and Katy (Joe) Coronado of Kennett; nephews, Collin Andersson of Cape Girardeau and Matt Borchers of Houston; many cousins; and a loving "fur baby", Tess.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Borchers; and brother, Eddie Borchers.
Visitation will be from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, at McDaniel Funeral Home in Kennett.
Memorial service will be at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 11, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at a later date.
The family requests memorials may be made to the Delta Children's Home in Kennett.
