COBDEN, Ill. -- Patsy June Poucher, 61, of Cobden died Thursday, Nov. 30, 2000, at Memorial Hospital in Carbondale, Ill.
She was born May 14, 1939, at Sikeston, Mo., daughter of Sidney and Virginia Lynch Hornback. She and John C. Poucher Sr. were married May 14, 1977, at Cairo, Ill.
She was employed by the Shawnee Development Council.
Survivors include her husband; four sons, Noel Jr., Clark, Bruce and Harold Melton, all of Peoria, Ill.; three daughters, Patricia Moore of Bartonville, Ill., Virginia Wissler of Washington, Ill., Melinda Wheeler of Carterville, Ill.; a stepson, John C. Poucher Jr. of Mackinaw, Ill.; five brothers, Jerry Hornback of Cobden, Gary Hornback of Mexico, Mo., Harry Hornback of Sikeston, Wayne Hornback of Plano, Iowa, Joe Hornback of Jackson, Mo.; three sisters, Shirley Birk of Tamms, Ill., Rita Wright of Bloomfield, Mo., Betty Edwards of Boca Raton, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; and three stepgrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and a sister.
Graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Walnut Grove Cemetery near Cobden, with the Rev. Danny Miller officiating. Friends may call at the time of the service.
Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden is in charge of the arrangements.
