McCLURE, Ill. — Patsy Ann Wiggs Dillon, 86, of McClure departed this world at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, March 11, 2023, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born Aug. 21, 1936, to Claude Raymond and Roberta Cerny Wiggs in Anna, Illinois.

Patsy married Jerry Lee Dillon in Lick Creek, Illinois, on Nov. 25, 1956. He preceded her in death Feb. 23, 2010.

She was a 1953 Anna-Jonesboro High School graduate.

After her union with Jerry, she became an immaculate homemaker and raised her children. She received enjoyment from having a beautiful, manicured lawn with blooming flowers and sitting on her front porch. She loved the spring of the year, when she could watch the hummingbirds fight over the food her and Kevin provided them. She also cherished her angel collection. She loved watching baseball and college basketball. She especially enjoyed watching the St. Louis Cardinals and the Kentucky Wildcats in her favorite chair in the living room.

She was a member of McClure Baptist Church.
