Regan, 65, died Saturday, Jan. 26, 2002, at Sikeston Health Care.

He was born Feb. 24, 1936, in Central Falls, R.I., son of Patrick Joseph and Mable Brogan Regan Sr.

Regan was a retired service station manager. He served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.

Survivors include a sister, Delores Nore of Middleton, R.I.
