PATRICIA RODGERS SPEER

ADVANCE -- Patricia Rodgers Speer, 46, died Saturday, Aug. 10, 1996, in Oran.

She was born on March 24, 1950, in Asherville, daughter of Elizabeth Bess Rodgers and the late Glen E. Rodgers. She had spent most of her life in the Puxico area and lived nine years in Advance. She attended the Christian Life Church and Full Gospel Tabernacle Church in Advance.

She is survived by her mother, four daughters, Twona Hudson, of Oran, Sandra Hindman, Angela Woods and Michelle Rodgers, all of Advance; five brothers, Don and Mike Rodgers, of Advance, Sam Rodgers, of Attica Ind., Carroll Rodgers, of Camden, Tenn., and Ronnie Rodgers, of Williamsport, Ind.; three sisters, Mary Lou Adams, of Puxico, Judy Lemons, of St. Louis, and Linda Barnett, of Jeffersonville, Ind; and eight grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother.

Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Home in Puxico. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Watkins & Sons Funeral Chapel in Puxico with Brother J.D. Smith of Advance officiating, assisted by the Rev. Tony Badami of Advance. Burial will be in the Puxico Cemetery in Puxico.
